Commission Directive 91/422/EEC of 15 July 1991 adapting to… Article 3

Article 3

Member States shall bring into force the provisions necessary in order to comply with this Directive before 1 October 1991. They shall immediately inform the Commission thereof. When Member States adopt these provisions these shall contain a reference to this Directive or shall be accompanied by such reference at the time of their official publication. The procedure for such a reference shall be adopted by Member States.
