Article 10
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1991. 2. The provisions of this Regulation concerning the application of the common agricultural policy shall apply from the entry into force of the specific supply arrangements provided for in Article 2 (2). Those arrangements shall enter into force no later than 1 January 1992. However, the provisions of Protocol 2 to the Act of Accession on access for products originating in the Canary Islands to the rest of the Community shall expire on the entry into force of this Regulation, subject to paragraph 3. 3. The provisions of Protocol 2 to the Act of Accession relating to bananas shall continue to apply.
