Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3814/91 Article 1

Article 1

In Article 5 of Regulation (EEC) No 2943/91, the third sentence of the first subparagraph is replaced by the following: 'That amount shall be converted using the conversion rate specified in Article 3a of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3152/85 (*), applicable on the closing date for the submission of tenders.
