Article 2

1. Tenders shall be forwarded by written telecommunication to the intervention agency of the Member State in which the goods are packaged. 2. Tenders must be lodged in full by 12 noon (Brussels time) on 1 July 1992. Where no award is made in accordance with Article 5 (1), tenders may be lodged by a second deadline expiring at 12 noon (Brussels time) on 15 July 1992.
