Article 4
1. No export refund shall be granted on meat sold under this Regulation. With regard to the security provided for in Article 3 (2), compliance with paragraph 1 shall constitute a primary requirement within the meaning of Article 20 of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2220/85 (11).
