Article 2

Italy is hereby required to suspend implementation of the aid measures referred to in Article 1 (3) and to ensure that any aid already paid is recovered. The aid shall be recovered in accordance with the procedures and provisions of national law, in particular those relating to interest on arrears on amounts owed to the State, with interest starting to run on the date on which the unlawful aid was granted.
