Article 1

1. The stage of project of the system for the treatment of solid waste in Greater Oporto in Portugal as described in Annex I hereto is hereby approved for the period from 1 September 1993 to 31 March 1996. 2. References to 'project' in the following Articles and Annexes shall be understood to mean also 'stage of project'.
