Article 1

1. The preparatory study on the evaluation of tenders for the Greater Porto solid waste treatment plant situated in Portugal as described in Annex I hereto is hereby approved for the period from 1 June 1993 to 31 August 1993. 2. References to 'project' in the following Articles and Annexes shall be understood to mean also 'preparatory study'.
