Article 2
The single programming document includes the following essential information: (a) a statement of the main priorities for joint action, their specific quantified objectives, an appraisal of their expected impact and their consistency with economic, social and regional policies in Martinique; the main priorities are: 1. Tourism; 2. Industry; 3. Commerce and craftwork; 4. Land-use planning; 5. Opening-up of the region; 6. Environment; 7. Qualification and development of human resources; 8. Agriculture; 9. Fisheries and aquaculture; 10. Technical assistance; (b) the assistance from the Structural Funds and the FIFG as referred to in Article 4; (c) the detailed provisions for implementing the single programming document comprising: - the procedures for monitoring and evaluation, - the financial implementation provisions, - the rules for compliance with Community policies; (d) the procedures for verifying additionality and an initial evaluation of the latter; (e) the arrangements for associating the environmental authorities with the implementation of the single programming document.
