Article 1

1. The stage of the project concerning the re-design and modernization of the port of Leixões as described in Annex I hereto is hereby approved for the period from 1 January 1993 to 31 December 1995. 2. References to 'project' in the following Articles and Annexes shall be understood to mean also 'stage of project'.
