Article 7
This Decision is without prejudice to the Commission's position on the aid schemes in the measure II.2. In accordance with Articles 92 and 93 of the Treaty, the aid schemes must be approved by the Commission. No expenditure for these aid schemes is foreseen by the authorities of the Member State in 1994.
