Direct appeal 1. A direct appeal to the Court of Justice of the European Communities may lie from decisions of the Office pursuant to Articles 29 and 100 (2). 2. The provisions laid down in Article 73 shall apply mutatis mutandis. CHAPTER VI MISCELLANEOUS CONDITIONS GOVERNING PROCEEDINGS
