Article 42

The following is substituted for Article 1 of the Protocol No 1 annexed to the Act of Accession: 'Article 1 The following is substituted for Article 3 of the Protocol on the Statute of the Bank: "Article 3 In accordance with Article 198d of this Treaty, the following shall be members of the Bank: - the Kingdom of Belgium, - the Kingdom of Denmark, - the Federal Republic of Germany, - the Hellenic Republic, - the Kingdom of Spain, - the French Republic, - Ireland, - the Italian Republic, - the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, - the Kingdom of the Netherlands, - the Republic of Austria, - the Portuguese Republic, - the Republic of Finland, - the Kingdom of Sweden, - the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland." `.
