Article 1

The Additional Protocol to the Europe Agreement establishing an association between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Hungary, of the other part, signed on 13 July 1995 is hereby approved on behalf of the European Community and on behalf of the European Atomic Energy Community. The text of the Additional Protocol is attached to this Decision.
