Article 1
Regulation (EC) No 1439/95 is modified as follows: 1. Article 17 (4) is replaced by the following: '4. In Annex I: - point 4 is replaced by: 'Bulgaria: Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Cooperation`, - point 7 is replaced by: 'Hungary: Ministère de l'Industrie et du Commerce`, - point 12 is replaced by: 'Romania: Ministère du Commerce`.
