Article 13
1. Without prejudice to Article 10 and subject to conditions to be specified in the shared-cost contracts, the Commission and the contractors shall respect the confidential nature of the facts, information, knowledge, documents and other elements communicated to them confidentially, where disclosure could be prejudicial to one or the other of the parties. 2. When disclosing confidential information, pursuant to this Regulation, the Commission and the contractors shall require the recipient to keep the information confidential and to use it only for the purpose for which it was disclosed.
