Council Regulation (EC) No 3050/95 Article 4

Article 4

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. It shall apply from 1 January 1996. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly application in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 22 December 1995. For the Council The President L.
