Article 2

1. The Commission issues a warning to Jenson Tungsten Ltd. 2. The warning is imposed with the understanding that the shortcomings with respect to source documentation, labelling and nuclear materials accounting system be rectified. 3. Based on the report referred to in Article 3 and its own verifications the Commission will assess Jenson Tungsten Ltd's compliance with the requirement set out in paragraph 2.
