Article 4

1. Italy shall keep the Commission constantly informed of measures adopted to comply with this Decision. The first such report shall be made within two months of notification of this Decision. 2. Within two months of expiry of the time-limit laid down in Articles 1 (4) and 3 (4), Italy shall forward information to the Commission to enable it to ascertain, without further investigation, that the obligation regarding recovery has been discharged.
