Article 1

1. This Decision shall apply to terminal equipment intended to be connected to the public telecommunications network termination point of ONP ordinary quality or special quality voice bandwidth, four-wire analogue leased lines, and falling within the scope of the harmonized standard identified in Article 2 (1). 2. This Decision establishes a common technical regulation covering the general attachment requirements for terminal equipment referred to in paragraph 1.
