Article 1
1. This Decision establishes requirements for terminal equipment intended to be connected to the public telecommunications network termination point of ONP 34 368 kbit/s digital unstructured leased lines (D34U) or ONP 34 368 kbit/s digital structured leased lines (D34S) with an information transfer rate of 33 920 kbit/s without restriction on binary content and falling within the scope of the harmonized standard identified in Article 2 (1). 2. This Decision establishes a common technical regulation covering the attachment requirements for terminal equipment.
