97/847/EC: Commission Decision of 3 December 1997… Article 1

Article 1

The exemption granted to Germany by Commission Decision 95/460/EEC of 19 October 1995 is hereby extended until the entry into force of the adaptations to the directives concerned and, in any case, for a period not exceeding twenty-four months.
