Article 3

1. In addition to the measures mentioned in Article 1 (1), an agreement has been reached on testing of foot-and-mouth disease vaccine produced in Turkey. The European Commission will organise the testing procedure in cooperation with the Turkish authorities. 2. Turkey will appoint a coordinator to follow the progress of the programme. 3. A technical progress report will be forwarded by Turkey to the Commission every three months.
