Article 4

Acerinox SA, ALZ NV, Acciai Speciali Terni SpA, Krupp Thyssen Nirosta GmbH and Usinor SA shall immediately put an end to the infringements referred to in Article 1 and shall inform the Commission within three months of being notified of this Decision of the measures they have taken to that end. The undertakings referred to in Article 1 shall refrain from repeating the acts or conduct specified in the said Article and from adopting any measure having an equivalent effect.
