Article 9
Statement of reasons and remedies Decisions not to effect the registration referred to in Article 3 or to cancel such registration and decisions imposing disciplinary measures shall state the reasons on which they are based. A remedy shall be available against such decisions before a court or tribunal in accordance with the provisions of domestic law.
