The above schedule does not include details of bilateral equipment interchange agreements between TACA parties. Equipment interchange between TACA parties is the subject of the supplementary notification of the TACA European Inland Equipment Interchange Arrangement lodged with the Commission on 29 November 1995. Further, the schedule does not include agreements which do not relate specifically to the transatlantic trade, such as the International Council of Containership Operators (ICCO) an the Intra-Industry Multi-Modal Committe (IMC), of which several TACA parties are members, and agreements relating to terminal operations."
