Article 2

Before implementing the scheme referred to in Article 1 with respect to the processing and marketing of agricultural products, the Italian Government shall amend its implementing provisions in order to comply with the conditions set out in that Article. The Italian Government shall notify the Commission of the provisions adopted to comply with the above conditions within fifteen days of their adoption.
