Article 2

1. The President of the Council is hereby authorised to designate the person or persons empowered to deposit the instrument of approval of the Convention with the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe, as provided for in Article 31 of the Convention. 2. When depositing the instrument of approval, the designated person or persons shall, in accordance with Article 34(1) of the Convention, make the reservation set out in Annex B to this Decision.
