Article 5

1. Notwithstanding Article 18(1) of Regulation (EEC) No 2173/79, the delivery period shall run for two months from the date of the notification as referred to in Article 4(1) of this Regulation. 2. Notwithstanding the first indent of Article 8(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1445/95, export licences applied for in accordance with Article 4(2) of this Regulation shall be valid for 60 days.
