Council Regulation (EC) No 2674/1999 Article 1

Article 1

Regulation (EEC) No 1911/91 is hereby amended as follows: 1. The following subparagraph shall be added to Article 5(2): "By way of derogation from the provisions of the first subparagraph, the reduction in the rates of the tax shall be suspended from 30 December 1999 until 30 June 2000 in the case of the products listed in the Annex." 2. The Annex which appears in the Annex to this Regulation shall be added.
