Commission Regulation (EC) No 2754/1999 Article 1

Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 822/1999 the following Article 5(4) is added: "4. Notwithstanding Article 8(1) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1445/95(4) the period of validity for export licences issued for products produced under this Regulation shall be 12 months from the date of issue within the meaning of Article 21(2) of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3719/88(5)."
