Article 21

Data protection 1. The official who deals with personal data concerning a citizen shall respect the principles laid down in the Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. 2. The official shall in particular avoid processing personal data for non-legitimate purposes or the transmission of such data to non-authorised persons.
