Article 23

Requests for public access to documents 1. Further to requests for access to documents of the Foundation, the staff member shall give access to these documents in accordance with the Decision of the Foundation concerning public access to Foundation documents(4). 2. If the staff member cannot comply with an oral request for access to documents, the citizen shall be advised to formulate it in writing.
