Article 13

Fees for the notification for the third stage of the work programme Any producers submitting a notification in accordance with Article 10 shall at the time of the submission of their first notification, as referred to in Article 10(2)(a), pay a fee of EUR 5000 for each active substance to the body referred to in Annex VII. The fee shall be used to finance exclusively the costs actually incurred for the tasks referred to in Annex VII.
