Article 15

Temporary measures The Commission shall report to the committee on the conclusions of its progress report, referred to in Article 8(2), third subparagraph, of the Directive. If necessary and on a case-by-case basis, the Commission may take appropriate temporary measures as provided for by Article 8(2), third subparagraph, of the Directive for uses for which additional technical evidence has been provided demonstrating the essential need for further use of the active substance and that there is no efficient alternative.
