Article 2
Entry into force This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. The provisions set out in the Annex of this Regulation shall only be effective with regard to the first maintenance periods of 2001. Done at Frankfurt am Main, 2 November 2000.
