Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 1420/1999 is hereby amended as follows: 1. The following countries are added to those listed in Annex A with the mention "All types": "Bahrain, Haiti, Honduras, Libya, Namibia, Qatar, Uzbekistan and the Vatican City." 2. The following countries are deleted from the list in Annex B: "Bahrain, Haiti, Honduras, Namibia, Qatar, Uzbekistan and the Vatican City."
