Article 3

1. Article 1 shall apply to potatoes, other than potatoes intended for planting, introduced into the Community, in the periods between 1 March 2001 and 30 April 2001 and between 1 March 2002 and 30 April 2002. 2. The present Decision shall be revoked if it is established that the conditions laid down in Article 1(2) and 1(3) are not sufficient to prevent the introduction of harmful organisms or have not been complied with.
