Article 3
Article 1 shall apply to plants introduced into the Community during the period between 1 June 2001 and 30 September 2002. The present Decision shall be revoked if it is established that the conditions laid down in Article 1(2) and 1(3) are not sufficient to prevent the introduction of harmful organisms or have not been complied with.
