Article 3

The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Community, give the notification provided for by the Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters. Done at Luxembourg, 4 April 2001. For the Council The President B. Rosengren (1) OJ L 42, 16.2.1999, p. 46. (2) The date of entry into force of the Protocol will be published in the Official Journal of the European Communities by the General Secretariat of the Council.
