1. The manual and the glossary referred to in Article 1 shall be published on the Europa site.
2. Without prejudice to the annual updating of the manual referred to Article 1(1), the Commission shall regularly update the information on the basis of changes notified by the Member States.
This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
