Article 100

Advertising of the homeopathic medicinal products referred to in Article 13(2) and Article 14(1) shall be subject to the provisions of this Title with the exception of Article 87(1). However, only the information specified in Article 69(1) may be used in the advertising of such medicinal products. Moreover, each Member State may prohibit in its territory any advertising of the homeopathic medicinal products referred to in Article 13(2) and Article 14(1). TITLE IX PHARMACOVIGILANCE
