Article 12

Evaluation The Commission shall submit an evaluation report on the operation of the system as provided for in this Directive to the European Parliament and the Council, on the basis of the reports of the Member States provided for in Article 11(2). This report shall also include an assessment of whether it is necessary to continue the reporting by the Member States referred to in Article 11(2).
