Article 8

An exchange of views shall take place, once a year, on the basis of a presentation by the Commission's representative of the indicative programme for the operations to be carried out in the year ahead, in a meeting of the MED Committee. The European Parliament shall be informed of the proposals and of the outcome of the discussions.
