Article 2

Entry into force This Regulation shall enter into force on the 24th day of the month following the month of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Frankfurt am Main, 10 May 2001.
