Article 10

1. It is prohibited to retain on board a Community fishing vessel any quantity of hake mixed or in association with any other species of marine organism. 2. Masters of Community fishing vessels shall provide the necessary assistance to inspectors of Member States to enable the quantities declared in the logbook and the catches of hake retained on board to be cross-checked for verification purposes.
