Article 3
This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. Article 1, as far as the changes to Section "E. FRANCE" of Annex IV, Part C, and of Annex VI to Regulation (EEC) No 1408/71 are concerned, shall apply as from 1 January 2000.
