Article 4

Concessions on fishery products Detailed rules for the implementation of Article 15(1) of the Interim Agreement, and thereafter Article 28(1) of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, concerning the tariff quotas for fish and fishery products listed in Annex Va of both Agreements, shall be adopted by the Commission in accordance with the procedure set out in Article 5(2).
