Article 7
This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. It shall apply to Community food-aid supplies for which the tender notice was published on or after the date of entry into force of this Regulation. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 26 November 2001.
