Article 1

Scope The products referred to in Article 12(2) of the Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Economic Community and the Principality of Andorra, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", shall be eligible for the preferential rate when imported into the Principality of Andorra on presentation of the certificate set out in the Annex.
